For those newer Residents or visitors to our community we've provided the following information. Some people will be surprised to learn just how much is available right here in their own backyard.

Richfield Township consist of 36 square miles (your typical michigan township size). In those 36 square miles we have a Campground & Beach on one of the largest bodies of water around. Holloway Reservoir, over a mile long. The Reservoir is used for boating, fishing, water skiing, para-sailing etc. In the winter (weather permitting) it is also a spot for ice fishing and snowmobiling. Richfield Township is also home to over 1000 acres of parkland that offers canoeing, hiking, bike trails and picnic grounds with new and updated playgrounds. There is a "Disc" golf course and one of the only BMX tracks (Richfield Park BMX ) in the area. In the winter there are miles and miles of snowmobile trails to take advantage of and "Toboggin Hill" (formerly know as "Dead-mans" hill) that is second to none.

Richfield Township has a recreation program on the Township grounds where there is currently 4 baseball fields, a pavillion, concession stand and 2 newly updated play areas.
